I 1st wrote my report on the 27. December which Rupert responded by saying avery thing has been fixed and promised to call back which never happen but I still have the same problem on the 28 by DSTV was off again up until now averyday I must call the customer care centre with I dont get help or write an email who is going to refund me of all the airtime I brought just to call the centre to fix my connection with I've paid in future Rupert don't respond to thing that you are not sure off. I think I will be moving to starsat
