A boat cruise on Harties Dam for Christmas sounds wonderful, accept.. For the money paid for this service is just not worth it. R3000 for 4 adults and three kids. R275 for kids under 12. How much can a 10 year old eat?

Waited over 45 mins before getting on the boat.
Boat not ready.
A family slit onto two tables with incorrect place settings.
Had to wait a further 30 mins before drinks.
Que was long and waited over an hour in the que.
Plates ran out.
Food ran out, we had scraps and were promised more was coming that never came.
Food was cold by the time we got to it too.
Cold drinks we ordered were warm.
More food was promised for when we docked...
Nearly back at the doc and no desert served
Was not a cruise, we hardly moved the entire 2h:15min. What happened to the route on the map from web site?
It's a Christmas cruise but music was thumpy and noisy. Terrible.
Desert bowls ran out 10 mins into desert. Desert was awful fruit cake and pavlova that was a mush.
There were families that never ate at all.
Too many people on the boat.
Tables blocked the exit the entire time.
Badly organized. Very very disappointed.
