I have been having problem with my dish that has been scanning & not finding a signal since 15 Dec 2013, I tested my decoder at the carletonville branch & it was fine, the problem is the dish itself & the connection needs to be fixed. The clerk booked an appointment for me on thur 19 Dec & to this day, no one has bothered to come or call me to tell me why they haven't arrived, this is unacceptable. My dstv is not working & yet iexpected to pay a full month's tarriff.
