Been waiting for more than an hour to just pick up pre-purched tickets! The que has moved by 10 people only. This is the most pathetic service ever. If I miss my event due to your poor planning and service I will take you to court. Already it is the last I will ever use your services and I will make sure everyone I know will be aware of your terrible service.
