I have had a blocked signal now for 4 days. I have sent a SMS to 40004, emailed : [Email Removed] ( wecare - seems NOBODY REALLY CARES ) - nobody responds!
You can ALSO NOT get hold of call centre (accounts) as you hold on for 30 minutes & NOBODY responds - all I hear is they have high call volumes - NOT MY PROBLEM!! I am a PAYING CUSTOMER & WITHOUT US there will be NO jobs at STARSAT. NO CUSTOMERS = NO STARSAT company (simple logic). Their customer service!!!
