I called for 15 min or more nd we even got cutand my problem is still not resolved.from this morning my decoder has no signal its been searching since this morning. I did. Switch it off but still its doing the same thing.sent few emails to enquiries no reply, I phoned and lost so much airtime and still got no help.this is teribl! extremely bad I pay for the dish and I"m not watching it and there is no hope and as there is no communication.wish to just bomb the whole call centre and get the new well trained agents who will go an extra mile for their customers. I"m so dissapointed
