I had taken my wife to watch the 12:15 show of last Vegas. We purchased our tickets and then our coke and popcorn. On our way to enter the cinema directly in front of the guy that tears the tickets and allows you to enter the cinema I slip and fall flat on my back from what appeared to be a spilled cooldrink on the floor. I was now hurt, extremely embarrassed and wet. The guy tearing the tickets quickly comes to my aid and gets one of the cleaners to put up signs that must have read floor slippery when wet or something of that nature up. I requested to see the manager on duty.
When the manager did come a few minutes later he did not apologise nor did he ask if I was OK. He immediately went onto the defensive stating that it was not their responsibility that I fell because someone could have thrown the cooldrink over the escalator. I told him it is in his area and his responsibility and that was a lame excuse. He was rude and abrupt and offered to refill my popcorn and then walked away before I was even done talking to him. That was totally unprofessional and ruined the movie for me as I was extremely upset by the manner in which he handled the situation. Please assist.
