True Colour Events
No final payment for work done

True Colour Events asked me last minute to ask to do children's craft activities for a function on 30.11.13.
I work on full payment upfront, they refused, paid 75%, then balance 2 days later on 2nd December 2013.
I only received the deposit at 5.30pm, THE DAY BEFORE the event.
I did the event, and on Monday emailed requesting the balance, to be told Ashley needs to sign off she is busy, hasn't come in, a few days later same thing, I then contacted Nicky Olivier, who advised I must speak to Samantha in Accounts, who advised to wait, then called again, spoke to Ilse, on 13.12 who advised I will be paid on 14.12.13 I was not paid and contacted her, then I get a text back saying due to Mandela's death!! to be paid on 21.12.13. Now 23.12.13 and no payment nor response to my messages. So big company bad payers, so collection fees are being charged weekly, let see if they bother to respond, never mind I have staff to pay and 2 days time its Christmas, but they are closed, HOW NICE!!!
