Bad service

I took my niece to see Frozen at 9am on Friday 20 December 2013. They only opened the doors at 8.55am. We then had to rush to get the tickets and drinks/eats before the show. None of the machine card facilities were working and we were sent from pillar to post for payment. The queues were long and when we finally got our stuff, the trailers had already started and we missed most of it. Because of the darkness I messed my niece's coke and had to go get another one. There was also no children's seats and we had to wait another 5 minutes for that. Overall it was a very bad experience and most of the mother's who were there felt the same as me.

Overall a very upsetting experience and for the amount of money I spent on tickets and confectionary, I was not happy
