Paid for a subscription on Saturday 14 th December by IT, sent proof of payment through bank, was told it would take maximum 48 hours to connect.
It's now Tuesday 17th December and I'm still not connected. I have phoned more than 5 times itch out result. I have been promised that the matter has been escalated to a supervisor who will phone me back. Nothing!
As I am not likely to ever see Top Tv again at this rate all I want is my money back so that I can get DSTV whom I believe give better service.
