On 2013/12/14 we went all the way from Heidelberg that is /- 70km to Carnival City in Boksburg and back that costs me about R 130 - R 140 in petrol just for the trip. We went to watch the new Hobbit in 3D and also bought snacks and drinks for the movie, when the movie started everything was in fast-forward, the voicing the moving everything was to quick and it hurt our eyes and we could also not see what was going on in the movie due to this, i went out of the movie and talked to the staff trying to convince them that the movie is playing to fast, this took about 20minutes before they said they will try and assist and that they will talk to the operator. i went back in and tried to watch about 15 minutes of the movie but they did nothing the movie was still to fast as the dwarfs would teleport everywhere. i went out side and talked to the manager where she tried to convince me that it is because the movie is high quality that it was playing so fast for about 10minutes. In the end we got a refund on out tickets but not in our drinks and food as they refused to give refund on it, but we bought it for the movie. The next day we watched the same movie in Pretoria without any problems.
