Still awaiting credit

I stopped my account with them two months ago and found out they owed me money. It has been one month
since I started asking politely, then complaining and begging for my funds to be reimbursed as I had a debit order waiting to come off and did not have the funds in my account. to date and after 7 or 8 emails and so many phone calls (loss of airtime due to waiting for someone to speak) I still don't have an answer or my money back.
