M-Net looses audio at least 3 to 4 times daily for the last couple of weeks. I've read a similar complaints on Hello Peter and Multichoice responded by implying decoder failure.
Let me assure you it is NOT decoder failure. You can actually hear the "white noise" from your broadcast when turning up the volume. Also, all other channels have no audio issues using YOUR decoder's tuner. I've confirmed with another M-net subscriber on the other side of town. Audio issues happens at exactly the same time. This undoubtedly confirms a broadcast signal problem
FIX the audio issues!! I've logged 2 complaints with your call center tonight alone and will continue to do so until you fix it (tonight the audio disappeared 7 times between 7pm and 10pm alone).
While you are at it, also check and fix the brightness before you broadcast your m-net signal. CSN and all other channel's quality (brightness specifically) is within acceptable limits, M-net brightness is about twice what it should be. And before you tell me to calibrate my TV set, it has been professionally calibrated. AGAIN, not equipment failure on our side (the customer), more like equipment failure during broadcast.
