Its 7 days and after I was given the reason for the refund not been done since the 28th October, after I logged a hello peter complaint, Abigail phoned me (where no toher notification or advice was received prior to this) there is no level of accoutability where anyone sees a complaint or query through. As a paying clinet for years, a debit order is deducted every month without fail and I CANNOT receive a refund after 7 weeks!!! PATHETIC!!! Don't get someone to phone me, and do what should be done and process my refund!
