Annoying service

My account is constantly being suspended, for the entire frekin week, calling the call centre at 50 efin rands at a time... listening 2their ansering machine, and s0 300 rand later to get to a consultant and not make the entire converstion, cos the phone cuts off for f_ck sake.got hold of them they apologised for suspending promised to put it bak on, which they did, and now its suspended AGAIN, for f_ck knws y??? Will hav 2call again..after spening 300 rand... efin service frm them. Need to do sumtin, cnt keep spending so much airtime, its another whole mnths subscription
