We just wanted to rent a movie from box-office, but got a message saying that we exceeded our limit. Contacted them and was advised that the payment is pending. Even though we are paying by debit order. Waldue advised me it is a technical error on their side. However I as the customer must still be penalized. I must now drive to my nearest DSTV offices or make an EFT payment. This is totally unacceptable!!! Again showing that their customers means nothing to them, only seen as cash cows. Well done, you have overdone yourself again!!!
