Poor service

So I joined top TV and everything was fine and dandy, had a repeat eft with my bank, then they get bought by star sat and my 1st payment to them they dont receive "apparently"; this was made 8 days before I was cut off... I received mot 1 notice or anything and was disconnected. After 3 months at top TV usin. Repeat payments I had no issues but as soon as they switch to star sat I get a miss payment and disconnect. I find it unfair seeing as nothing changed on my end... I then called and spent 30mins in total explaining how I'v. Paid and it's not m. Fault etc and resent proof of payment to them only to ge. Told this will only be remedied on MONDAY (3days from now and 12 days since. Made payment) it'd bs I want my minutes back for their inadequacy. So here I remain without service and the money down for said service.
