On 05/12/2013 I was Standing in an Absa Atm Que at Musgrave Centre Durban at about 10:40.A lady and gent were standing outside the que on the right, about 5 feet away from the atm. The young lady was on duty wearing a ster-kinekor uniform. When it was my turn to use the atm she pushed passed me. After she was done I had said to her that was very rude of her. She jad them said she dont care and sore me, using vulgar Language, saying sjes going to physically assualt me. I had then approached the Manager about his staff member Babongile who sore me amd threatening to physically assualt me. He said that its none of his business and theres nothing he can do, even if shes wearing a uniform and representing the company, its out of his hands. Babongile had then said to me that I can report her to head office, she dont care because she can swear and assualt whom ever she wants, ster-kinekor cant do anything to her. She said this all infront of her Manager who then tells me 'Sorry I cant do Anything, Not my problem'.People are given the opportunity to work and they dont care of their ethics and the company they represent when using a uniform. What a disgrace and disappointment to a movie theater.
