Good Day, this is really so sad that a person needs to complain to get a response from people or companies. I don't even think that I would receive a positive outcome from this; however I will pursue it any way & make people aware. In Jan I raised a concern to the HOD of the part time office about my marks & that I wanted to know what the breakdown is & how it gets calculated. She was very unhelpful and said she couldn't help me; I referred the matter to the Campus manager which would investigate the matter & get back to me. I called her two weeks later & she gave me attitude. Out of a large number of pupils only eight passed which sounds very wrong, some students year marks were changed etc. a number of other students has complained but it just seems like they not interested to investigate or help us. I would never advice anyone to go to this College with the type of management that they have, I hope that some day the Dept. of education will do something to make it a better place for students to study. What a waste of time & money to use this College.
