In July this year my boyfriend and i spent our anniversary at Sun City Cabanas an was not happy with the service. We then spent the weekend there again for my birthday on the 22/11/2013 and the service was absolutely amazing, To start it of the staff was very friendly an accommodating, then a gentleman by the name of Martin came to great me, wished me happy birthday and apologized for the bad stay i previously had. I then received an apology plate that had little eats and treats on it to say sorry so from a service point of view they really pulled out all the stops!!! but i must say i was also very happy with the service when both Dee Archak and Ntebi Mathope gave me they helped me so much with my booking and really went the extra mile, thank you guys. And last but not least i also booked a vacation unit for the same weekend so that my friends could also come and celebrate my birthday with me and when i arrived at the Vacation club reception the one gentleman sang Happy Birthday to me and the lady helping me gave me a bottle of champagne. It was honestly one birthday i will never forget and the amazing service i received from Sun City played a big role in being the best birthday.
