My account was disconnected for paying on the 30th November instead of the 28th??? And now had to pay a penalty fee as the payment does not reflect yet, but on your website you advertise that payments made from banks like Nedbank only takes 15 minutes to update on your side?? Unbelievable I think you are from your customers. At no stage was I asked when I opened my account which day would be convenient for me to pay. It also took me about 5 months to switch the account to our name after my father's passing. In this period I had to pay double premiums 2 months in a row due to bad communication from the call centre agents. Very disappointed in your services and how you treat your customers.
