My service has been off for 2 days

My service has been blocked since yesterday 26 november 2013 despite my service being pre paid. no one can tell me more than that this is a technical glitch as i was told last night or that i owe R99 on a prepaid account as i was told tonight upon enquiry. this is unacceptable and false advertising because the advertising claim is there are no fees for disconnection etc. i have lost two paid days of viewing and refuse to accept sorry excuses for zero service delivery due to internal errors.
