For last month's payment I was overcharged and when I asked why I was told that it is for the mobile device. I have not asked for the mobile device to be activated but so many consultants have either promised to escalate or listen to the phone call recording. I am yet to receive a response on this as it is over two weeks now.
This is not the first time that Multichoice overcharges me for their service and it has become quite unacceptable
