So we had issues with our connectivity and Linda assisted me. I had my dad on a conference call, he did all the talking, she asked for my id number and my dad gave it to her, she did not even to a full security check she just continued, When i asked her she started getting rude and treating me like i am stupid. Please can someone send me the recording for that call, it was made yesterday at 09:15.You need to catch a wake up, that is not how you treat customers and with all the that is happening proper checks mist be done. Linda was so unprofessional you need to get rid of her!!!
