I attended the 14H15 show, of "Bad Grandpa" in your cine 1, the past Saturday, and there was two issues that was totally unacceptable. Andre, firstly, the screen is very very dirty, during light scenes of the movie it is utterly distracting. It does not help much that you have installed beautiful digital projection systems, but the screen that they project on, looks as if it has been there for centuries. Secondly I was sitting in row D, and right at the back was a person sitting & SMOKING!!! I have tried to talk to him to put his cigarette out, but I was sweared at brutally. I reported it to the cinema assistants, who never even came into the cinema to check, I was looking for the manager on duty, and there was no one in management available. Andre, where were you, are you not supposed to be there during weekends? I please urgently need a phone call from yourself, & no one else about this, otherwise I will address this to Kuben Pillay at PRIMEDIA.
