I called Milky Lane today to enquire about birthday parties for my daughter. What kind of people is employed at Milky Lane, Monte Casino. The lady picks up the phone, and starts whispering. As soon as I started speaking, she starts laughing. Then I ask her about birthday packages. She then replies with: No - we do not have any birthday things here. I then said but Milky Lane always has it - She then tells me, no we dont, and you cannot speak to anyone else, because they dont know, and then puts the phone down in my ear,
For an establishment like Monte casino, this is a disgrace!!!
