I'm highly disgruntled and disappointed by no body answering the dam phone in your call centres, does people evn work there, you sit and wait for somebody to asnwer the phone for 30 minutes well I called and no body answered my calls on 4 attempts. This is ridiculous my phone bill is now high because of waiting on your IVR system that' speaks all the time. If you care about your customers as you claim then I want my dam issue resolved and want a call back from your coperation Asap. This is the worst call centre of all time I hate how you operate to be honest. I'm considering cancelling my subscription with you guys as you over promise and undeliver you mother. Highly irate!!!
