LET"S TOYI-TOYI ABOUT THEIR BAD SERVICE!

In March my son moved out of our flat and I canceled Duel View, but still paid for another month. 2 months later it was still on and I was still charged (on their system they can see it was not functioning). Later I activated the PVR decoder, but without the record functions as I did not install the other Eye by the dish. I was charged for it. I phoned and e-mailed them, they were gonna listen to the recording and get back to me! After several phone calls and visiting their branch in Rustenburg, they are still charging me for services I never had! Their incompetence is unbelievable! Hopefully some-one with a few brain cells and sort my account out, because the one's I spoke to, do not have a clue...
