On the 30 may 2013 i went to the casino to gamble, i was setting by the roulette table, while sitting there, the roulette ball hit me on my left eye and I was taken to the clinic inside. The nurse referred me to the doctor and I end up hospitalized. I paid all the medical expenses from my pocket. No one from the casino called me to find out how I am doing. Later after my realize I went to the casino and I was told to summit my medical report which I did. To date I've got no responds from the casino.
I don't understand that a gold card holder like me can be treated that way. Surely as costumer we should matter the most.
