I just called multichoice now after 5hours of trying to contact them.

first their phones don't work, secondly i get though explain to the consultant and he agrees that he will help me, 10 minutes later he now tells me that he has to transfer me to the extra view department, it rings and rings and 5minutes later they hang up on us.

after trying to contact them for the past 5hours they disconnect me, this is very irritating. if this is their problem then i suggest it should be fixed quick because we pay a lot of money to get such service and keep on calling when you have to wait an hour to get through.

i just don't understand, we should be getting a better treatment this is not a free service after all, and i call with my airtime.
