My walker is displaying an e19 error. My account is up to date. In two days I have used over two and a half hours on my cellphone, faxed them and tried numerous times to reset it on the dstv site to no avail. Nobody seems to be working at the call centre as my calls do not get answered. I suppose I cannot complain about bad service if I cannot get any service from them. I am a very unhappy customer and want to know what they intend to do, if anything.
