Multichoice is aware of our problem, a technician by the name of Nico called me on Friday confirming he will come out to "check" the problem out. Apparently, our X-tra view was not set up (correctly) so he "moved" primary decoder to PVR and other decoder to secondary... well low and behold... by Friday evening we did not have NO VIEW! NO PVR SERVICES, NO BOX OFFICE AND NOT TO MENTION, NO SECONDARY DECODER!
All I want is for someone to FIX this on going problem for a service WE ARE PAYING FOR!
KNOW ONE BOTHERED TO CALL TO FOLLOW UP!
SO WHAT DO WE DO NOW!!!
