Ad service and basically breach of contract

My mnet for the last week has cut the signal everytime the same night. it works perfectly all day until that tme. then it came right for one day now it cut off again tonight later. the decoder works perfectly for a while as in months and then does this again. i have had enoutgh of this service. what are we paying for if we can't watch
