I have been busy for a couple of months to claim a refund for the old Sun City timeshare units on behalf of my brother in law who is overseas. Normally emails addressed to Angus Coetzee go unanswered until I include a number of more senior members of staff. Now even that is failing. The refund was last promised to be setlled on 31 August. I get no further response to queries. I am starting to think that they have a cash flow problem. Would love to know if I am the only one having this problem.
