3 Months and Payment still not reflecting

I am at my wits end, I have now gone to the Randburg offices twice as well as sending my bank statement to unallocated payments and almost three months down the line I am still not seeing the R1000 I paid in July reflecting.

I am going to begin charging for my trips to Randburg from Bedfordview my time is not free.

This is now beyond, get your act together now.
