I continuously receive SMS messages from Carnival City. These come through at all sorts of time - day and night.
The "Customer" is requested to reply "STOP" to discontinue these messages.
So, at my expense, I reply "STOP". The confirmation then gets sent back to alert me that this has been done and no more messages will be sent.
Rubbish!!! The SMS's still keep coming in. This is becoming a damned nuisance - especially as I have to care, on my own, for an 86 year old Mom with a broken hip!
Someone at Carnival City needs a kick in the right place so that "STOP" replies do, in fact, work.
