For the past 3 months my DSTV Account has been getting suspended around the 10th of the month. And for the past 3 months I have to continuously sit with rude consultants on the phone for at least 45 mins on average per call!
DSTV claims that my account hasn't been paid however I receive SMS's from my bank stating that the respective amounts have been paid over to Multichoice.
My worst experience was on 10 September 2013 when I was expressing to the unapologetic consultant how frustrating this experience is for me - to only have this consultant SLAM THE PHONE DOWN ON ME!! I subsequently made 2 calls to Multichoice after that only to receive NO assistance at all!
My experience with Multichoice and their consultants is unacceptable and I consider this kind of service to be pitiful for a such a large well established company who should pride themself on service!
