Basically, we go to Hollywood in Springfield park to have lunch, firstly my husband and i understand that they were busy but when we got there we ordered and later a group of 8 people ordered, after 15mins we recieved our cooldrinks and when we aksed the waiter she said that she will check for our order, we explained we in a hurry because we only have an hr lunch break. After another 15mins she brings the order for the 08 people who ordered after us. When we questioned her how can the bigger order that was placed after ours arrive first, she started getting attitude, eventually we had to leave with no lunch! Our whole lunch break had passed aswell! This is disgusting customer service and that waiter should be dismissed, she clearly doesnt know the term Client Value! i will make sure i post this on all the public media sites to let everyone know Hollywood's pathetic service
