Club Points not reflecting

When I took out the club card it was indicating that my points will be reflected within 48 hours. Well I have logged every time my query on their website when it is not happening. Why must I log it it should be automatic. On the 8th Jan 2013 we watched Parental Guidance at N1 city and still no reflection of my points and this is still after I have queried it on their website. Nobody is bothering to come back. If Ster-Kinekor makes too much money to bother about their customers I have other options i.e. Nu-metro and DSTV Box-office etc.
