I bought a laptop on contract at vodacom du toit street pretoria in april and haven't missed any payments.in june the laptop stopped working and they said I must take it to vodaworld midrand.when I fetched it upon arrival at home it didn't work. I went to du toit and they said I must take it back to midrand.my question is!
Why do I have to travel so far when I didn't buy my laptop in midrand? why are they still taking money from me? it is so far to go there from pretoria
