Bon Jovi Because we can tou

I purchased a parking voucher for the concert. On arrival, I was told that all the parking was full and they could not let me in. I have reported this and was advised I would receive a refund. This was over 2 months ago and I have not received the refund. I have called and emailed them numerous times. They wont take my calls and do not call me back. They do not respond to emails either.
