Recently my daughter was at your establishment to dine and attend a show. During the course of the evening she needed to use the toilet. As she suffers from digestive health problems and irritable bowel syndrome she usually requires a long time in the toilet. Your toilet staff told her she was taking too long and demanded that she vacate the toilet, when she tried to explain her condition to them they refused to listen and told her that if she did not vacate the toilet immediately they would call security to forcibly remove her.
I was shocked and angered by this incident as there should not be a time limit set for this kind of thing, and your establishment seems to be the only place where this is a problem. If you do indeed set a time limit at least have the courtesy of installing a sign advising people of how long they may take.
I find it utterly disgraceful that she was treated in this way as it is a problem that is out of her control and the threatening manner in which it was done was totally uncalled for and disgusting.
When one frequents an upmarket establishment this is the last thing you would expect.
