I keep getting sms' that my tv license is arrears (even though it is paid via Teljoy). I phoned yesterday and was told that they were looking into my account and would call me back, of course they never. I called again today and was told that indeed my account is clear - so I asked why their system is not updated and how can they send sms' like that to people with false information - Bongani says to me how can I expect him to know what is going on? Yet he works there? Do they not check their accounts info before sending our sms' like that?
