I bought a TV at game N1 city in 2011 and obviously paid for tv license there same time. I waited patiently for SABC letter for almost 2 years, I decide to go check by game why is the license/letters not coming to me. The guy asked for my ID number and checked on thier system, I was not on the system. I was told to bring slips which I dont have anymore. So today I went to buy another TV, so this was my chance to get at least answers to my previous "tv license" I paid for. They did the same thing 'looking up in the system" nothing of course. So while waiting there on the information desk, waiting for the manager. He called SABC and came back to me saying SABC CANCELLED my TV license. I went on bought another TV and paid for the new TV license. When i get home i call SABC, and was told GAME N1 city called after few days after I bought TV in September 2011 and cancelled MY TV LICENSE. WHY??? i just need a valid reason why my TV license was cancelled. and PLEASE DO NOT CANCELL THIS ONE I PAID TODAY WHEN I BOUGHT ANOTHER TV BY YOU. but I just need answers why would you go behind my back and cancell my TV license. I still got the TV i bought from you in 2011.
