Why does Multichoice continue to change a system that used to work to something that is utterly useless. Try and activate or deactivate a service and it comes back with 'Index was outside the bounds of the array.' whatever that means. It means that the useless IT guys didn't test the service properly. The sms functionality does not work. The on-line clearing of error codes does not work. Nothing of their works. All that works properly is the debit order system. Quick to take our money, not so quick to deliver quality services. Theiving.
