First dstv denied the problem exist. then they say its my extraview that is the problem... now they have a little sign on the website acknowledging the problem and not fixing it. I have to phone every time I need to activate my holiday home dstv and this takes forever. and from last night they could not even get that to work after 20min on the phone!!! WHEN WHEN WHEN dstv??? its not like you are a corner store that cannot afford the work that needs to be done???!!! I have been waiting for 4 MONTHS
PATHETIC. I think we are being held hostage with bad service, bad quality and re runs that doesn't seem to end. all because they have the monopoly. enjoy it while it lasts, the people will not forget.
