DSTV isn't working so tried to call, then followed the instruction they gave. didn't work, so I phoned about 10times before I got through, and after 45mins no one answers. No answer. also tried the website, but doesn't seem to work. also it sais on the website and phone that my ID nr isn't a valid dstv customer number. I am using two pvr decoders as extraview and pay lots of money and often struggle with my viewing. I've had issues before that still isn't resolved. Are we getting refunded by this? or paying less this month?
