Never returning money

I have now phoned on 3 occasions to get my money back from multichoice. Every time I am told that they are very sorry for any inconvenience. They have spoken with the previous person that dealt with my request and the reason why the money has not been return is they need my bank account details. I then give the bank account details. I am them told that I will receive the money within 7 days.

7 days go by and then I phone again. Only to be greeted by the same response.

When am I going to get my money back?
