I pay my account each month yesterday I spoke to an agent that informed me that I had a R38 outstanding which is the reasons 370 is off. I don't the consultant ill transfer the money which I did I also told the consultant that she needs to keep in mind I don't bank with std. I send through the proof of payment as normal as I do each month.
370 is still not working and shows as blocked yet I did everything you requested from me
