All of a sudden Multichoice upgrades me to Premium without my consent.
If I do not get my refund by COB on Monday 5th August I will lay a charge of.
They cannot supply me with a request from me (written or telephonically - because I have done no such thing) so I call this out and out and I will lay a charge against them.
On complaining they send me a statement of account - THAT PROVES NOTHING!!!
